    thanks everyone! Get this. in a matter of 5 hrs, I cold-called to see if this place was hiring, set up an interview for this afternoon. Whipped up a cover letter, updated my resume, interviewed. Dude doesn't confirm but tells me to show up tomorrow, to see if I got it. And I would start on Monday! Full-time, temporary-possibly permanent-in a month teaching position. I'll believe it when I sign on the dotted line. Meanwhile, it seems almost too good to be true, eh?
