Pro: I don't have to work on Labor Day.
Con: I don't get a holiday off of work till Thanksgiving after this (I don't count the weekends.)

Holidaying...I'm doing that right now. :) It always messes me up to have a vacation day on a weekday (esp Monday), since now it feels like Sunday to me.
