    I'm concerned. North Korea/India/Pakistan/Iran don't worry me much, they're smart enough to use their technology as a warning, but they'd wipe out themselves if they launched it.

    China on the other hand, is much bigger the people think, they have way too many people - thus lots of labor force; and they want to be the new superpower.
