I want to go Pro but I still don't know everything that the basic account can do.

I don't think there is enough to make me go pro yet.

So far what I seen basic for now is good enough

Same here. Some sort of tag visible when you comment would also be good (like flickr).. and more importantly give pro users the ability to customize their theme.

I think when you go pro you get a personal phone call from Kevin Rose and Leah Culver every time some one sends a post to you.

I plonked down the 20 bucks. Really more a way of saying "Good job guys, keep it up" then to get some features. That tends to be my attitude on these type of projects.

Yeah, I went Pro to support the project. What they really need to do is up the file size of pro users to 1 GB, then I'll have way more use for the file sending option.

ummm sorry, no idea why it just sent like 18 of the same message from me =(

I don't think we really want it to be that customizable (profile-wise).
If we've learned anything from Facebook its that forced themes aren't always bad. *cough myspace*

I second that, ryan. A larger size limit would definitely help. Maybe Pownce can make agreements with CacheFlyin order to get them to host any files we might want to send to each other.

In the meantime, if you want to send really large files to friends, just make a torrent and send that instead. that will sorta help...
