    yeah well apparently they gave the guy a new iphone when he took it back to the store so no tear shed here, simply a big smile for customer service FTW!

    ouch :-( I've dropped my 8525 a few times and no damage to the screen, just a few scratches on the case. For my needs, the 8525 is a much better business tool/phone.
