Is there a way to contact some one at Pownce besides bugs@pownce.com. I have sent my problem to that email address multiple times since July 6th. No response. Not even "we will look into it". My problem is that my "home" does not work. All I get is the error message "Ack! There's a bug in our codes." Every time I go to it and it has been like that since a few days after I joined. I am sending this current message through the Pownce desktop client which barely works. I fully understand that this is a new website and we are all currently beta testing it. But my "home" page does not even work and since you have to do everything from your "home", Pownce is 100% broken on my side. Any suggestions? Do you think I should just ignore it and wait for them to fix it in time or maybe should I start a new account?

    Same thing happened to me, I sent four or five emails, left comments on leah and kevins posts and got no response. I reinvited myself, but I can't say it left a good feeling about the service for me. And then a few of the people that had originally friended me now leave me as fans, maybe they think I'm spam. They really have to listen to the regular people and not just leo's and scobles, we are the ones that will make or break a company.

    I have a sneaking suspicion it has to do with your name. Maybe not have a period before TJ. I don't know if thats the issue, but it seems to be something that is different than most users accounts.

    I can get to http://pownce.com/DidY... I would try and go to http://www.pownce.com/... and change your name to a non period beginning. Since that hack does not get you at the top of lists anymore anyway.

    Try leah@megatechtronium.com -- I'm pretty sure that's a valid email -- or support@megatechtronium.com.

    But I think bugs@pownce.com just forwards there.

    try using the browser instead? i have linux at home, so no desktop client ... but i haven't really had any problems with using pownce through a browser.

    Thanks Daniel! I am happy to now know that you are looking into it. For others that do not know, the problem would happend no matter what I did. I cleared my cashe, changed browsers, changed machines and even tried a diffrent IP addresses and the error still would show up. I have faith in Daniel and the rest of the Pownce team and know it will be fixed soon.

    i got the same problem, i also tried unfriend some contacts but still not working.
