Originally mine had 512 mb (bought one of the first models) and I upgraded to the 2 gigs I have now. My next project is to upgrade the HD, I'm planning on doing that sometime over the summer. :)

hehe :) my original is 2gb RAM .. will upgrade to 4gb RAM end of this month.. as for HD.. thinking of 320 gb or wait for 500gb.. emm
