"Mexicanization" of american restaurants.
I don´t know if you ever had a chance to visit any american restaurant in other countries outside the US. Here in Mexico american restaurants have to adapt their menus to the mexican culture. Here are some examples:
* KFC offers you the same chicken combos you can find in the US, with one difference: Little bags of jalapeño salsa are included in all combos.
* KFC has "Chipotle Wings" which are wings covered with a spicy chipotle salsa. But this salsa is actually kind of sweet. For my mexican taste standards these wings are not spicy at all.
* McDonalds, Burguer King and most of the hamburguer restaurants have at least one spicy burguer in their menus.
* Most of the restaurants have Jalapeños for free.
