Yeah, ditch him. An hour late without a call, smoke signals or text msg to explain why seems fishy (almost purposeful, IMO).

Now that I've had time to read your post about him and seeing how cool you are, I'm wondering why you would agree to a second date with him. The guy was so creepy. He has little understanding of how to interact with the opposite sex. You're clearly out of his league.
