Public I really hate how my work makes it impossible to take time off at short notice. A client I'm good friends with only told me late last week that she'd be in Orlando next week at the same time Ashley's parents were going to be there.
I was going to put in for the time off, but it's already booked by other people and we can ...

Public meant to get up early to go to the Y today but couldn't do it. still recovering from seeing indy since I'm an old fart. going to head out in a bit to go swim on my own before it rains hopefully.
I managed to walk to the mailbox and back without my crutches and walked around walgreens carrying them since I had a few items in my ...

Public went back to the doctor today for follow up xrays on my foot. the main fracture is mostly filled in now since I've been using my crutches even though I can walk a bit.
however, it turns out that they didn't notice before that I had a second and much smaller fracture closer to my little toe. that's apparently the reason why it still hurts a bit ...

Public so tired. didn't really get to sleep in this weekend, and I never tend to sleep well during the workweek. memorial day weekend is coming up at least, though there will be many claims coming in by the end of this week as a result.
I'm off work at noon today so we can pick up ashley's car and run some more errands.May 19th Reply! Forward

Public I've had GTA for around 4 days now and still haven't started it. part of the issue is boom blox came in and I'm already addicted to that instead. I spent an hour last night trying to pull blocks out like jenga without knocking off a dancing cow.
so much better than breakin' tha law.
anyway, off to hop in our condos pool since I don't ...

Public few things are more irritating than going to two different, hour long meetings in a two day period where everyone acknowledges that you have a disproportionately high case work load but then does nothing about it.
my supervisor acknowledged that I need help, my lead acknowledged it, and everyone on my team agreed, but I'm still sitting here doing all of this shit on my own. it's like ...

Public the gamestop credit from e-rewards came in today, so ashley very thoughtfully paid the rest for me to GTA 4. only thing is, I don't want to start it because I know I'll probably be investing a lot of time on it.
I'm the same way with movies though. I don't want to actually sit down and watch one, but when I do I get into ...

Public well, another mistake by me at work. everyone makes mistakes, but at my job, it costs an employer thousands of dollars, and it's almost always the accounts that are already at risk.
what also really sucks is that our tracking system only tracks a small part of what you do. so there are a lot of details you just don't know when you have to go back and ...
