Yeah, if they act up beat their ass..., I guess you could think of it like this, Least if they're on craigslist they aren't COMPLETELY ignorant, which is more than u can say about a lot of people you come across.

If they have the right quals I would? If they are guaranteeing this and under contract. Sure.
