This is a great rundown between Google Docs and Spreadsheets and Microsoft's Live Workspaces. Wish more bloggers did stuff like this.

I'd hardly call them bloggers - they do better work than most journalists.
But I agree - they do great work and this is an excellent piece.

A great useful article. Thanks! BTW, loving the FastCompany.TV stuff!! What's the best way to catch a live broadcast?

The best way is to watch my Twitter stream at twitter.com/scobleizer but I'm working on a better way. I'll talk to Qik about integrating with Pownce too.

Nice. Thanks. The live component of what you're doing is fascinating. It works well enough to watch the videos later, but to interact live is really the promise of where a lot of this is headed. Almost makes me want to get one of those phones to play along.

Sounds like Microsoft took Share Point, scaled it and added a few more features. Not that this is a bad thing, Share Point is pretty awesome. Google's apps work fine but are, for me anyway, no substitute for an offline app (yet!).
