Actually I think synergy and paradigm are more pretentious.
Webinar is just plain dumb, like Web 2.0 or vodcast.

actually Mike, the people who do "webinars" come to me for help. It's very sad because the really don't have any clue. When i suggest things they think they know better, and when I said " well Powerpoint was never meant to do what you are trying to do" they get offended, and say things like "Obviously you have never been to a webinar.

I've been to many a web based seminars, each were equaly sucky with lame ass power point graphics, and stupid corporate bullshit wordage.
webinar is just a buzzword that makes companies look elite more than they are.
