Anyone want to buy a resturant? One of our favorite joints in Richmond, Cafe Gutenberg, is about to close its doors. This place is right on the 17th Street Farmers market and has nailed the mix of organic local fresh products and classic comfort food...not to mention the best coffee and Belgum beer selection in town. Apparetly it is owned by 3 parties, two of which live abroad and do not want to maintain their position in the resturant. I actually scheduled a conference call with the owners for later this week... there is no way I am close to the $300k they want, but Im curious about the numbers...I might could know some investors :)
