    Just back from a glorious 9 days of camping! Lots of fun swimming, hiking and laughing. Could have done without all the bugs and the rain. Great private fireworks show over the lake, lasted forever!

    Almost done downloading all the podcasts I missed! Hope everyone had a GREAT 4th!

  • Public This is old news, but I watched an interview with T.Boone Pickens last night on Bloomberg. He has ordered $2 billion worth of wind turbines from GE. His plans are to have to largest wind farm! Great stuff! Why should we use oil to power electric plants when we have wind power for free? If they would produce some electric cars in the US, we could plug them in ...

  • Public Can anyone help me? I have been trying to create a spreadsheet or database in Open Office. I want an expense report. When I enter data, I want to be able to pick from a list on certain fields, eg. vendor. Sounds easy, right? Still haven't been able to figure it out!
