Opera has released an update for the desktop browser to their latest release.
It has Security and stability fixes so the Opera Dev Team recomends you update to Opera 9.51.

I use Firefox 3 as my alternate browser and as an engine to use the Add-ons, so I am glad that it does well too.
I was a little ticked with a couple of problems during installation with Firefox 3 that affected Opera. I in no way think it was purposeful, just a variation of "Patch Day Syndrome" from MMORPGs called "Next Major Release Day Syndrome".
