Public Tried two different wines tonight -- the red, a Frnech Pinot Noir, was wonderful, with a surprising peppery nose and rich flavor. The white, a Hungarian Sauvignon Blanc, was mediocre.

Public This article in the NY Times was really funny, and very true. I have personally seen many incidents similar to the ones described in the article during my time in fine-dining restaurants.
