Sure the gov't should be providing the cash for these teacher projects, but let's face it, little kids don't have time to wait. http://DonorsChoose.org also won the Crunchies in 2008: The org "was pioneered by teachers at a Bronx public high school frustrated by the lack of materials. They connected teachers online with individuals want to donate."
