I'm driven nuts by the fact that the site I've been working on is designed by people who have no idea what is truly possible out there. The limitations I'm being placed under are stiffling. I feel like it's 1998. Trouble is, this isn't my milieu... I know what's possible, but I don't know how to do it. Which has made me unable to speak up and propose the changes. I need support. Brain support. I could spend weeks learning all this but don't have the bandwidth. Argh, frustration.

Yeah, I feel your frustration... I work for a company whos website looks like its from 1996 and the worst part is our website is 90% of our revenue. I think our development department is afraid of change, or maybe they think CSS and PHP is just a fad.

I feel you pain. We are getting ready to fun stuff with our company site. I wish your CEO was as cool as mine :)
