One of the most anticipated aspects of beer festivals is when a team of judges evaluates the beverages entered into various categories. At the 2008 Atlantic City Beer Festival, over a dozen people volunteered their services and sampled over 200 beers. Hey, it’s hard work, but someone’s gotta do it!
