I've played around with ABC's iView service, and I'm very impressed. You really need a connection of at least 2-3Mbps, otherwise as soon as you do anything the video will start to stutter and get choppy (they reccommend min. 1.1Mbps).
It's pretty decent quality for full, streaming video - most 28min. shows are ~150MB. I've read that it's region-locked like the BBC's iPlayer, so use a region-router to get around that.
