Public Found the LAFD featured on Twitter. Great concept if you want to keep up on the latest, but with LA covering so much ground, wouldn't it be better to follow by specific zip codes or regions (such as the way craigslist breaks LA out), and be available via Pownce? I know I am asking for a lot, but it would be quite useful! Same concept applies for all cities.

Public My apricot-agave nectar jam/preserves turned out well. Half are thick jam, the other half are more like a waffle syrup. I'll post photos on Flickr when I bake up some biscuits. Waiting on maintenance to get the oven up and running. The pilot kicks in, but no results as in ... a flame. :)

Public Asian cuisine in the fast lane just got better. I haven't been to Pick Up Stix since December 2005. Last night's meal was incredible with large plump shrimp/prawns in the fried rice and main course .
