QUESTION OF THE DAY: Is Pownce being flaky for anyone else today...or is it just me?

This took me 4 tries and 2 hours to post - thus making this my QOTD. Lawd knows if I can post something else at this rate! ;-)

    Same on my side and it was playing up on me yesterday too. I think pownce was much more stable when it was invite only.

    It's working fine for me today, except a couple of Page not found errors.

    I'm with Eric, "Shit won't scale". Pownce has been taking it in the pooper on a regular basis for the past few weeks. Uploading files has become a Russian roulette. I hop this isn't a trend.

    yep I have also been having problems since I got back monday afternoon. and it has errored out a few times today.

    I've been doing my usual nerdyness and using m.pownce.com via the lynx browser and it has been working fine. However when I tried the website a few times today it was down and the desktop client has been flaky at best.

    Yeah, it's been slow all day for me. Just today though.

    It's been intermittently flaky for me for about a week. Sometimes the page takes awhile to load or gives me a blank page. If that happens when I post it can create a duplicate posting. It seems to come and go. It feels like some sort of server timeout scenario.

    I've been using pownce monkey all day and it's been fine here....

    it's been fine for me. i'm using it on a mac (tiger) directly through firefox 2.0.0.14.

    It's been quite bad for a while now. For weeks my friend count has been at 11, 80 short of my actual count.

    “Safari could not open the page ‘http://pownce.com/blogkitten/notes/2090933/’ because the server is not responding.”

    I just got that. Also, I get an Ackbar every time I post a note of any kind (although the note goes through anyway). And, I usually can’t post replies from Safari (the “add reply” button grays out and nothing happens.)
