    Public I can see the possibility of what some people have mentioned here about pownce replacing twitter. However, for me pownce looks more like a personal website, especially if you set your messages to private. It's been a while since I visited here last, but what I see now is that pownce is trying to evolve to become something like a sophisticated facebook!
