I think a 2 GHz machine is pretty damn good for the forseeable future. Does the average computer need to be any faster? As far as I'm concerned the only upgrades I care about are memory related. Heck it's even fine for most gaming. A professional computer for media editing and server needs are different. But the regular home pc doesn't need that.
Is there anyone on here that wishes they had a faster machine? Why?
