What do you use to organize your money/finances? Microsoft Money, Quickbooks, something better? I need to get things better organized.

    QuickBooks - syncs to my online bank account and downloads data. Good for running the occasional report reminding you that you spent 1k on beer last month.

    My Blue Folder - all bills and any financial crap goes into this folder, every Sunday I sort through the stack and pay any bills, etc

    Things (Mac OSX) - a ToDo list program

    I've used Quicken for years. Microsoft Money is a really good program as well but I'm used to the Quicken interface, so I stick to that.

    Hey Chris, I use Cha-Ching a cool Mac app. You can try http://Mint.com or http://Expensr.com too, two good web apps for money management.

    I like http://Mint.com. Sure beats the old way of stuffing the money in the jar, writing down how much I have on paper and burying it in the yard.

    I use Cha-Ching as well. I don't know that it would be good for organizing a business but it works for my personal use.

    I'm trying to start organizing it using http://expensr.com

    I'm scared to death to use http://mint.com but if I take any route, that would be the one.

    I like http://www.clearcheckb... It's simple, I can check my account balances anywhere, and you can even upload transactions via IM or SMS.

    @Mike
    So far Mint has been a great experience. Your financial info is out there anyway. Mint is not going to be the reason you get ripped off, if and when you do.

    I've used Microsoft Money and just got the deluxe addition today. I need to get more organized with my finances (one of my resolutions this year).

    I've also set up http://Mint.com to keep track of a few of my accounts but it doesn't recognize one of the banks that I use so its frustrating...

    GREAT! Thanks everyone for all the input. Currently, I'm using Excel and it has become such a pain.

    Mint seems to be a popular choice (although I agree it's a bit scary putting all that sensitive info in one place), but I think I'll give it a try. I may also play around with Money. I'll write back when I know. THANKS!

    I'm using http://clearcheckbook.com as well. I really like the sms integration. A quick text message and it's tracked. Don't have to bother keeping receipts and then making sure I mark them later.
