We have so many clients that are just draining our resources. We really need to fire 20% of our clients!

    I've done that, I had one client that would fight with me because he loved to fight, it was so draining to talk to this man.

    Can you prioritize your clients? Make a list of your A clients B clients and C clients. Then allocate time accordingly. Maybe your C clients will leave, but your best relationships will stay.

    perhaps getting yr "fav" colleagues to serve those clients.. that'll be badass :-) i agree that most business leads do come from the least expected clients. Had a student of mine from previous class whom seems the most troublesome chap and guess what? He's the only guy in class to write to me after passing his exams... nice..
