I'm using slimbox(ie. Lightbox) to update my photos.

Now if only there was a way to make more detailed captions.

Was thinking about picking up Light Box, how do you like it so far.

yeah it's great. I think I prefer it to SlimBox (which is just an extension of Lightbox), but my friend told me SlimBox can incorporate HTML pages better. I can give you some examples of his site, I think he did a good job. Anyway, both are super easy to implement.

Lightbox is great. I used it on an old photo site of mine.

but it would be cool if there were a gallery feature (or wordpress plugin) with which to edit the captions in a database....thats why I did here (work in progress) http://www.ccastig.com/ab... it's shooting the pics out of MYSQL

You could make a WP plug-in for it. I might be interested in using something like that on my own site.

I've been playing with the NextGenGallery plugin. SO far it's GREAT. I can upload, add captions etc all through wordpress. Then display with lightbox or thickbox etc.

Oddly enough, that's on my list of things to play with soon if I get a chance. There's talk of zenphoto getting proper integration with WP, though, and I'm not sure how many times I want to migrate between gallery softwares.
