    It isn't "anyone". It's non-US citizens. There is a legitimate complaint to be made about this program (that it has no court review for 6 months) and it is watered down by misinformation.

    You honestly think that Bush won't misuse this? I mean, come on, he has had an ILLEGAL DOMESTIC spying program going on for a couple of years.

    I think he will misuse it. I think if he uses it, it is being misused. But being truthful and knowledgeable in your complaints allows your point not to be clouded by suspicions that you may have glossed over other details.
