Public so that's where you take your CFL (squiggly) light bulbs... Turns out, Ikea is like the only place that actually recycles them. Although I'm not sure what they actually do with them. They say: "The waste of electrical equipment and light bulbs are taken care of by approved recyclers, experts in recycling processes.
