Public [utterz mobile post] Weird Crowd on Broadway Tonight: Not sure what this was about, but tonight we saw this around 7:45ish as we walked to the 1 train stop on 191st street. The smoke was much thicker just moments before I took this shot and a crowd was still there when we got back over an hour later.
