No, I think you're right - it's different. A step in the right direction, although still not quite what I'd like.

Well, it includes the authors comments which is good but that's about it.

Yeah, I think it basically gives you the content of your "all notes & replies" view from your home page.
The addition of getting the private posts is nice, but the limited view of the comments (which is the main thing I've always complained about) is basically still the same as you get in the web UI.
