Haven't watched it, but all I could think of when I read the description was this:

The arm flailing isn't that bad. However, when I saw your description, I couldn't help but think "Tower, this is Burka. Ready for take-off." ;-)

Daniel, this is fantastic. Are you the son of Woody Allen? All that comes to mind is while waiting for this terrible stream rate to process itself is your quirky Woody Allen-like delivery of the info. It's great! As for the content, I'm awaiting this real media player to download the full movie so I can absorb it without feeling like an autistic newt who keeps running into a block of quartzite but in the meantime just wanted to write~

Daniel which is the equilibrium that should exist upon designing a WEB between the content and the esthetics form ?
Very good the presentation in FOWD- London Thanks by the initiative.

To Mike Norton above: No, I'm not Woody Allen, nor would want to be ... other than to have his $$$!
To Daniel: Great talk and very clear presentation. Too bad the Vimeo people couldn't have used some of your ideas. Instead of having an empty stage and brick wall on your right, they could have inserted your slides, which would have enhance the video.
BTW, What does "iteration" mean in your context? I looked it up and it means "repititions". Is the meaning shifting?
-
Hey dad... the Vimeo people run a video site, which the conference people used for the videos, so it's not Vimeo's fault. Vimeo is kind if like Youtube, which you might be more familiar with (only better).
In the web design context, iteration is usually used to refer to evolution or changes over time.

Great presentation, even greater slides. I learned quite a bit and feel that I can apply this to my everyday design workflow.

Hey Daniel, Rashmi just blogged about Omnisio -- mashing up SlideShare presentations with video. Dunno if you need to have the source video; just FYI.
Great preso, too... as usual!
