Maybe I'm the last person to find this out, but Mark Hamill (aka Luke Skywalker) voiced the Joker in the Batman the animated series.

    He also did the Joker's voice in the live action Birds of Prey show (the only good thing about that series).

    yeah I can't remember where I heard it, but I knew Mark Hamill did voice acting stuff for batman.
    I think Rachel Leigh Cook did one of the characters as well, but I don't really watch the animated series.
