It's not too bad, but I think you can improve on it a little. It took too long to build things up. I just didn't feel like dancing till about half way through the mix. I also thought that the transition into hi friend was a little too sharp.

BTW what's the name of the song that you played after Hi Friend? I've never been able to find out it's name.

Thanks for the feedback! I just started seriously mixing in these last couple months, I think I'm making decent progress.

I agree the mix into Hi Friend was a little quick. I could have let it ride a little longer. I'm also not sure about letting the chorus of Day 'n Nite ride with the hook of the other...

I made a conscious decision to build it slowly because the places I'm looking to spin are a little more loungy and they can pick up as the night goes on. I'm loving the 2nd track right now. Sebastian Leger - Bambou
