Public This is my office in Frontline where I have just over 7 days left of being IT Manager, before the job is out sourced (a good decision for them). This office is normally a hive of activity and people, and yet today I'm here all on my own and doing such huge tasks as "empty my desk", and "burn an mp3 to CD". I miss large scale tasks.

Public I really want to believe that the creation of Fire Eagle is the start of some great utopia where all my location based services can work together, but the reality is that while they all seem willing to set my location with Fire Eagle, too many are not willing to receive my location via Fire Eagle.
Please, if you have any involvement in any service that integrates with Fire Eagle ...

Public I finally broke down and recorded a profile for my seesmic account, and added my seesmic account to my pownce profile list. So if you want to watch and/or hook up - now you can.

Does anyone know how to eject a dvd on a Macbook Pro during power-on/boot-up?
My laptop has crashed and is complaning about not being able to find a boot disk (sounds bad) but I can't insert the mac disc into the DVD drive as I have a disc in there already.
Really hoping one of you guys that reads this might be able to help or ...
