Ok. A while ago I mentioned I'd give Pownce 2 weeks to put together some decent feeds. That hasn't happened obviously, so before moving on I went through the "official" approach and submitted a bug request. Will give it a week to get a reply back and if not, that would be it.

I really want to make use of Pownce, I see the potential and the usability, but ignoring your end-users when requesting features is not the best of approaches to gain critical mass, is it? Web 2.0 doesn't work like that, I am afraid.

    Right on, Geoff! While catching up with the Pownce msgs. I noticed how you have been trying to contact them for support *after* you have paid for the Pro version and you haven't heard anything ever since. Ouch! That hurts and it surely gives a clear indication of how committed they may well be about supporting their end-users. Not a fun experience, I am sure.

    That is why before getting myself in trouble, I sent the bug request and see what their response would be. If none of it, then I am *definitely* moving on.
