If you have the latest safari on mac os, open up terminal and type this:
defaults write com.apple.Safari WebKitDeveloperExtras -bool true
If you have the latest safari on windows, open up WebKitPreferences.plist in Documents and Settings\*Your User Name* \Application Data\Apple Computer\Safari and add this key:
<key>WebKitDeveloperExtras</key>
<true/>
Quit your safari and restart it. You should have "Inspect Element"
option in the context menu.
