Work sucked canal water. I find it incomprehensible that I am one of the lowest paid folks but am yet having to do the manager's tasks so that I can do my own job. That the manager has no clue how to do her job operationally does not help either. This is starting to impact my pay where I am taken away from more profitable tasks while I have to do managerial roles. This is not to say that I cannot handle the managerial roles. I'm just not being paid for it.
I have a 9-5 shift tomorrow where I get to handle managerial roles again basically. Hopefully it goes well. After the boss finishes the strange chase I have put in place, operational status may improve.
