Two things are needed to improve Address Book in OS X:
1) I need to re-order fields on an individual contact - like drag one website above another for instance
2) I really would like to be able to create multiple address books so work contacts and personal contact don't co-mingle under "All"
Sub-groups don't cut it. Too much maintenance and, ultimately, they're all still mixed together in the "All" listing anyway. Multiple books (each with their own contacts) in the one app would be sweet.
They should take a couple notes from Thunderbird's address book when working on Snow Leopard.
