"I like to ask two qualifying questions before proceeding with any application. Are you prepared to have a user group site dedicated to the group and hold a monthly user group meeting (with a minimum of 8 meetings per year)? Those are the only two requirements of the Adobe User Group Program."

The answer to both your questions is yes.
1. A group site is set up at http://www.fugn.com
It's only a default WordPress blog so far, but we are working on a more custom site to fit our purposes. The new site will feature:
- program: meeting dates and agendas, speaker dates
- event listings: info on internal/external events
- archive: speaker notes, code samples, video, etc.
- resources: registration, forum, links, Norwegian Flash resource listings
- blog
- group details and information
- contact information
2. We have regular meetings on the first Monday of every month. In addition to regular meetings we'll set up seminar-nights occasionally, when we can get hold of external speakers.
We are very exited about becoming part of the Adobe user group program. We've had two very informal meetings already, and it looks like people are very eager to participate. Seven Flash developers/designers showed up on the first meeting, and then nine on the second. Not bad for a start.
