Today is the first part of a three day event that is my nieces Bat-Mitzvah. It's been YEARS since I even set foot in a temple... as my beliefs have changed. (I believe in a god that requires no financial aide for one thing.)

Tomorrow I actually have to read hebrew.

    Tis the season. My friend Josh's niece had hers 2 weeks ago. Are they having a super elaborate party? When I was in junior high it seemed each kid had to outdo the last one in terms of the celebration--though none were as outrageous as the sweet 16's you hear about on T.V. these days.)
