Samsung is a piece of sh!t and I hope they die. I rename them Samdung. My brand new Samdung phone now gives the white screen of death.
Customer Service says my warranty is void because.... I carried the phone in my pocket.
It's a f*cking flip phone! Is it that f*cking delicate? Nothing cracked. It's just a piece of crap!
Do I have any recourse? (Besides letting everyone know to beware of their crap?)

Did you try returning it to the store where you got it?
AND WHERE IN THE HELL ARE YOU SUPPOSED CARRY IT if not in your pocket? Not covered? My bullshit detector just went off... Go back and ask for an exchange in person.

I am going to the Verizon store to see what they say.
That's what I told the customer dis-service rep... WHERE am I supposed to carry a phone? Should I strap it to my head?

Verizon has to take it back....14 days is nothing I think they only have issues taking back phones if they have had water damage.

I hope you're right. Even still, I can't believe Samdung's customer dis-service. I am very careful with my electronics. I had my last phone for over 2 years with zero problems.
I am going to see if they will replace the phone with a different brand.
