What is the biggest age difference you've had in a relationship? What's the biggest age difference you'd consider?

I think the 3 years was the biggest difference with someone I went out with... the biggest difference i would consider is about 10 years older and only about 2 years younger.

I think 11 is the biggest range I've done. But then again I'm older than some of you youngins. My rule has been no more than 13 with the idea being that neither party should have been old enough to propagate the species at the time the other was born. But in the future I could see changing that. When I'm 85 I hardly think a 15 year or greater gap will be of much importance!

I had always tried to keep the maximum gap to 4 years, but I did get caught with an 8 year gap once. That was over quick.
I think, for me at least, the 4 years max just keeps you both on the same page culturally. More then that they won't have the same general perspective on things.
