Public I really want *everything* that comes to my pownce home page in an RSS feed. Is that unreasonable?

Public Pownce gripe(s): I'm somewhat annoyed there's no way for me to share George's latest note/file with people outside of the distribution list. (Outsiders get a 403 error - how geektastic!)
Also, I wish notes sent to "all friends" and "public" would show up for new friends. New friends come in to a clean slate. "IRC on the web", I guess...
