Public Just finished watching the first season of Battlestar Galactica on HDDVD. I realize I am way behind. I kept hearing great things about it but never took the time to watch. Now I am hooked. Its such an incredible show. I can't stop watching at least 3 episodes a day. Netflix can't send the DVDs fast enough!

Public Damnit Apple! Why do you constantly find new ways to steal money from my wallet? First you make my 2yr old 5th gen iPod obsolete thanks to the new "iPod Touch". All for only $299.
Then you go a step further and tease me by slashing the prices of the iPhone by $200. Now I could own one for $399. I bet those early adopters are pissed about the price ...

Public I spent over an hour tonight watering the lawn only to have a huge thunderstorm arrive shortly after finishing. I can't complain too much since we really need the rain. Not your typical thunderstorm. Winds 60+mph gusts knocked the power out for nearly an hour. What did people do before electricity and the internets? Fortunately the laptop was loaded with videos to watch before the battery died.

Public Thank god for AmazonS3 backups. My local iTunes library file got corrupted today. iTunes lost all my music ratings and playcounts. Years of hard work. In addition to that it also dumped all 50 of the video podcasts Im subscribed to. How would I ever remember what all of those are and re-subscribe to them? Good thing I backed up last night before bed! Stupid iTunes.

Public I wiped my work computer clean yesterday since it was clogged with over 2 years of junk. Of course I backed up all my important data beforehand. This morning as I am reinstalling critical software I realize I can't find the disc with my CAD software on it! Ive looked all over the office for it with no luck. Im such an idiot.
