Yeah, it seems none of the big banking institutions are exempt form their closet of skeletons. I'm still surprised broker/dealers like Morgan-Stanley still is able to cover-up and buy off all their indiscretions.

I used to work for a mortgage company and it was pretty clear that all these industries have no interest in protecting their clients. They just want money in their pockets.

@Iris-The sad thing is that this country is in a massive transition phase where the single largest generation in our country's history (the Baby Boomer generation) is about to go into retirement and inject trillions of dollars into these banking institutions. Allowing them to continue their unsavory business practices. This while our currency is suffering steady inflation, our economy is in a downward spiral into a recessionary period, and the sub-prime fallout is still affecting the overall securities market in an all too negative manner. But other than that...life is good! ;-)
