Fixing up Pownce code to run on Django trunk (instead of 0.96.1). It's been 2 days of work and it's kind of boring.

So there will be no more API issues, ghostly friend request, no latency/downtime, and also new features?

Take a break and start a fire. Arson always makes things interesting.

I've got the same "problem". But It's so cool when it's done to be able to use all the new API (model sub-classing, new paginator and I certainly miss a lot of other things).

So...boring, but in general not too bad of a process? Just wondering, because I'll probably have to do the same thing at some point.

As a newb to python, I am wanting to eventually incorporate into django as well. When will they have a stable 1.0 baseline? I'd hate to have to keep tweaking as they change a little of this and a little of that.

I don't think there's a date for 1.0 yet. But model stuff should be pretty stable now after the latest merge. I think another Branch 'newforms-admin' is gonna be merged in shortly. So I wouldn't worry about too many changes as long as you're sticking to the plain Django API.

There's more to come, but not much of what's already done is going to change I guess.
