Hi Leo,
There's 2 domestic terminals in Sydney

VirginBlue's use "T2" terminal, see http://skitch.com/blue...

Qantas uses T3, sorry I can't find a map

It would be great if you can let Sydney Twit's know if we should go T2 or T3 ( My money is that you will be on Qantas so it will be T3 )

Would love to come but am stuck here in Korea! When are you coming to Korea?! Thinking of coming to Cali for my Winter vacation though - what are the odds of being able to come and sit in on the new (hopefully established by then) studio? Missing TWit This week already.

I would love to come catch up, but fear it'd only be fore about half an hour, I'd have to fly to Sydney as I live in Albury/Wodonga - I just flew to Sydney on Thursday just gone for training.. More notice and better planning and I woulda been there in a heartbeat. Is a trip to see Leo Laporte worth $300+ ?

Would love to join the meet up, been following you for so long and now you are so close up yet so far. A trip from Melbourne for a short meeting, I don't think I could get the time off work. I hope you enjoy your trip to Australia and return for a longer time and give us more of an opportunity to meet you.
I think I will wear by TWIT Scottevest just to say in the spirit of your visit to Australia.

Sigh, I'm 600km west, out in the sticks. You know Leo, you need to extend the studio idea with some sort of tour, spend a few weeks a year traveling through a country or two with cameras and a satellite link, catch those who cant "drop by".

is it T2 or T3?
The map that Andrew Parry posted is of T2, the Starbucks marked is in T2. Most domestic QANTAS flights use T3, but "QANTAS Link" uses T2, that Starbucks is at the western end of T2.
Even though Leo's flight SYD->HOB leaves from T3, the walk from T2 to T3 is short, so T2 Starbucks may be the best place to meet if that is what Aussie Mike says. Is there a Starbucks in T3?

Leo, would have love to come and meet up. Normally I am based in Sydney, but unfortunately in the US at the moment. Enjoy your trip to Australia and especially to Tasmania. Are you going to be at the Domestic or International Terminal again (Maybe on your way back)?

I will be back in Sydney on April 14 but it's a one hour layover so there's no time for anything but a quick hello as I run to Terminal 1.

If the Starbucks is in Terminal 2 I'll go there. If there's one in Terminal 3 I'll be there. Just look for the crowd of geeks hopped up on caffeine.

Hey Leo, Definitely making the trip to meet you and the Aussie TWiT army. It will be interesting to see how many can get some time off work to come along. I agree with the many posts about an Aussie TWiT meetup regularly. Perhaps this could be a good idea for the Saturday night TWiT Live. An international Skype hook up to Tech Central in Petaluma! Looking forward to meeting you in the morning.

I'll post some links for directions etc. I'll try and take some photo's and upload them for anyone who is unable to attend. By the comments here there are plenty of people all around the country that I'm sure would have loved to have been in Sydney for this rare opportunity.
