Where to buy the 3G iPhone? New York or San Fransisco? Anyone know if the Apple stores there will have any problem with me just walking in and buying one?

    I doubt you'll have a problem unless you want to get them the second they come out. You may wait in line then. You can also go to the AT&T store and there probably won't be any line at all!
